Karrueche Tran now believes her relationship with Chris Brown was doomed from the start. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that when they first met, Chris swore to Karrueche that he was over Rihanna, but it turns out that wasn’t the case!

Oh no. Did Karrueche Tran just catch Chris Brown in another lie? Friends of the 27-year-old model revealed that the rapper gassed Karrueche up like no other. When they first started dating, Chris told her everything she wanted to hear, including that he was no longer in love with Rihanna, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned. But he was lying.
Karrueche, 27, really thought she had Chris, 26, all to herself. But the “Autumn Leaves” singer was still in love with Rihanna, 27, a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. And Karrueche’s now telling her close friends she believes her relationship with Chris was bound to end because it was built on a lie.
“When Karrueche first got with Chris, he told her that he and Rihanna were over,” a friend of Karrueche’s EXCLUSIVELY reveals to HollywoodLife.com. “He told Karrueche everything a girl wants to hear — how beautiful she is, how much he cared about her and wanted to get to know her and her mind, how he didn’t want it to just be about sex — all of that. Chris mislead Karrueche from the get go,” the source continued. “He made her fall in love with him. She doesn’t regret that. But now, she sees Chris for who he really is: a lying, manipulative little boy who shows no signs of maturing.”
So how did Karrueche find out that Chris was still in love with Rihanna? “She felt it in her her gut all along, but he was so smooth telling her everything to the contrary. There were times when he was so obvious with it. He’d be texting back and forth with Rihanna, but Chris told her it ‘wasn’t anything serious.’ He was a little disrespectful because one time when he picked her up, he had one of Rihanna’s songs blasting in the car. Even worse — Rihanna still had clothes and personal items at Chris’ house,” a source tells us.

“In hindsight, these were little clues she should have really focused in on. But it became crystal clear to Karrueche years ago, when they had a big breakup in 2012, and he just so magically got back together with Rihanna. Karrueche should have been done with Chris then. But, she kept drinking the juice he was giving her. This time, however, her stomach had enough!”

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Karrueche and Chris are at war! After Karrueche blasted him for talking about her in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Chris has been telling his friends that she needs to be more thankful.
“Chris feels that, for the most part, he‘s been incredibly loyal to Karrueche,” a second source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He‘s given her a life that she would never have had without him. He doesn‘t want to fight with her [and] he loves her. He wishes he could be with her to this day,” the source added. “But if not, he‘s cool with being her friend. But instead of her trying to go in on him, he‘d appreciate a few more ‘thank yous.’”
