Ariana Grande & Big Sean: He Performs On ‘Tonight Show’ After Split

Before Big Sean even started his song, his eyes welled up with tears. He announced that he was dedicating the song to his grandmother, Mildred V. Leonard, who died at 93 on Dec. 19, 2013.
Referencing her bravery and their close relationship, Sean could barely hold it together before breaking into his new hit song, which is one heck of a power anthem.
It’s not an easy time for Sean right now, as he and Ariana recently broke up after eight months of dating. Perhaps he got choked up for more reasons than one, even though there was no mention of Ariana. Regardless, he gave such an amazing and heartfelt performance.

While they will both be busy touring, it sounds like the reason they’re not doing long distance sadly all boils down to trust.
